The COOS-BPS Collection

From the cradle of U.S. music education comes an exciting collection of works for school and youth ensembles! The COOS-BPS Collection features commissions by Castle of Our Skins created in collaboration with music ensembles from Boston Public Schools. Each work includes a Curriculum Guide providing educators with culturally responsive pedagogical tools and materials. By developing a varied catalog of accessible music that mirrors America's rich, culturally diverse landscape, the project aims to facilitate creative thought and interaction, while exposing young minds to a wide range of contemporary African diasporic composers.
